Project Name: Building Technical Capacities of Selected CSOs in Jharkhand and Karnataka
This project works to strengthen the technical capacities of selected civil society organisations in Jharkhand and Karnataka to improve access to welfare entitlements and accountability in public service delivery. It focuses on central and state government schemes such as MGNREGA, PDS/NFSA, social security pensions, Aadhaar-linked services, land rights and other welfare programmes that are critical for marginalised communities. Through MIS and public data analysis, field assessments, case documentation, RTIs, grievance support, training modules, trackers and public resource materials, the project enables partner organisations and community youth to better understand digital systems, identify exclusions, support grievance redressal and engage with government officials using evidence. By combining technical support, capacity building, research, media engagement and policy dialogue, the project seeks to make welfare delivery more transparent, accountable and responsive to vulnerable communities.
