Building Technical capacities of selected CSOs in Karnataka
Since October 1, 2024, with support from the Azim Premji Foundation, LibTech India has launched a focused intervention in Karnataka to empower vulnerable communities by improving access to essential rights and entitlements.
This initiative strengthens local civil society organizations (CSOs) through targeted training on the management information systems (MIS) of key welfare schemes, including NREGA, PDS, pensions, and state-specific cash transfers. By pinpointing and addressing service delivery bottlenecks, we enable CSOs to drive inclusion efforts for marginalized groups. Our approach also includes conducting surveys and process audits to identify systemic gaps and develop effective action plans. Through these collaborative efforts, we envision a resilient system that ensures timely access to welfare schemes for all eligible citizens in Karnataka.
